O&O Investigations, Inc. was hired to work a divorce case in Beverly Hills, CA. Our client believed that her husband was committing fraud. Our objective was to conduct surveillance for five days to document the subject’s lifestyle. Specifically, we were attempting to gather evidence of the subject spending cash on his mistresses and living a luxurious lifestyle. Further, our client believed that our subject was utilizing fraudulent credit cards from a different country. As such, it was also requested that we take steps to document all credit cards being used by the subject.

Our firm initiated surveillance and within five (5) days we documented the subject spending over $15,000 on himself and his mistresses. In addition, we were able to obtain the credit card numbers from two different credit cards the subject used at various stores. Lastly, we uncovered some of the subject’s methods of concealing money as he was overheard discussing them with his mistress.

In order to gather additional evidence of the subject’s pending, the client requested that we continue surveillance. We ended up working 70 days of straight surveillance utilizing two investigators. Oleg Flaksman was the primary investigator on the case and worked each of the 70 days. We followed the subject to restaurants, hotels, stores and on vacation. Our investigators were able to stay close enough to the subject that they could overhear his conversations in public locations and never got “burned.”

In the end, we were able to clearly demonstrate the subject’s spending habits and prove how much the subject spent on clothing, gifts and travel. Moreover, we determined every credit card number utilized by the subject and our client’s attorneys were able to discover the owner of each credit card. Most importantly, were learned how the subject had been concealing his assets and his plans to retrieve the assets once the divorce was finalized. Ultimately, our investigation provided our client with crucial evidence that would have otherwise been inaccessible and unascertainable. Without that evidence, our client would have been unable to obtain the support she need and deserved.
