Ever need some light during an evening surveillance? As you know, you cannot just turn on the interior lights of the vehicle.  One method, which I feel solves this problem, is installing dome lights.  Dome lights will provide you with light inside your vehicle and will not draw the subject’s You can’t turn on the dome lights without getting burned. so this is the best option. Make some homemade dome lights that are red in color.
 
Step One: Buy some battery-operated stick-on tap lights. I purchased “Fulcrum 30010-301 LED lights for $7.  You will also need to purchase red tint tail light vinyl wrap.
 
Step Two: Take the lights apart in order to remove the clear plastic cover.
 

 
Step Three: Use the red vinyl wrap to cover the lights on the silver-plated piece. Then re-install the clear plastic.
 

Step Four: Install the lights onto your vehicle using superglue. And you’re done!
