After some debate, I chose to use ceramic tint. My setup is unique and I will explain why…

Front Windshield:  5″ Strip on top is tinted 20%

Entire windshield tinted 80%. This is to allow less heat into the vehicle.

Front Passenger & Driver window tinted 35%

All other windows including the rear are tinted 5% on top, and the bottom 3″ is tinted 50%. I did this for night time surveillance. I can use the bottom 3″ to film at night and the rest during the day. With proper velcro and curtain placement, the bottom 3″ will be blackout out when not in use. This will be posted in a later article which will be named Curtains.
